Bacary Sagna has been ruled out for three weeks, but there is good news regarding a reported injury to Sergio Aguero.
Sagna was injured while on international duty with France and has suffered a hamstring pull - he is likely to return in early November,
Aguero remains in South America with fears of a training ground calf injury thankfully allayed..
Aguero told DIario Ole: "I’m quite well now, you get physical fitness playing, not training. Bauza has the decision - I’ll be available for Tuesday. I’m much better. After the Peru game I had two days to make the recovery and I did a little bit of football today. I’m quite well."
Fernandinho also remains on international duty with Brazil who play Venezuela in the early hours of Wednesday morning while Claudio Bravo’s Chile face Peru.
We’ll bring you training galleries and training videos as part of the resumption of Premier League football this weekend.
